Every so often Andy has a day when I can tell that he is different. Very recently, he started grabbing at my coffee cup while I was trying to drink from it. That was the day he learned to look up! He now tries to grab at everything I have in my hands, but tonight he is really different.

He seems excited about EVERYTHING and he wiggles and moves more than ever before. He even laughed at the dogs! Yesterday, he barely noticed them, but today- there they are! What are those creatures over there??? Or he will see a pattern on a pillow next to him start to breathe quickly and try to get to it with everything he has in him.

He is a happy boy!

Andy went to his 4 month doctors appt on Tuesday. Seems like it was weeks ago already. He is weighing in at 19.5lbs and 25.25". Hooray for being over 2 ft tall! They also gave us the green light to start giving him some food. This video is of Andy's first bite of rice cereal.

This is the first post on our new blog. I have never done this before, so I am not exactly sure what I am doing. Due to the fact that our family is spread out all over the place, I figured this would be a good place for everyone to check in every now and again to see how we are doing.
